A reputed Private Sector Bank incorporated in 1927, with an operational capacity of over 200 branches across different states of India.
To conduct End-to-end Performance Testing including Load, Stress, and Endurance Tests on Flexcube CBS.
The Performance SLAs were required to be met for the concurrency of around 3500 users and 30 transactions per second.
Test scripts had to be constantly reworked to accommodate the continuous functional and performance fixes which mandated frequent new build releases.
The testing scope had to meticulously cover all the related scenarios including ISO Messages and APIs to cover Net Banking, ATM, POS, UPI, and IMPS.
Initial findings revealed deviations from the expected Performance SLAs which necessitated speedy Root Cause Analysis (RCA), given the high user concurrency of the system. The tools employed had to be only on-premise tools.
Our dedicated team of Performance experts equipped with vast experience in both RCA and Banking IT Systems, worked in tandem to achieve the set goals within 90 days.
The client was presented with On-Premise solutions to suit their requirements.
Consulting and Support were offered in Scenarios Shortlisting process.
RCA tools were employed for quick and precise performance bottleneck identification.
Reports were discussed with the Development Team to highlight the issues along-with the tuning recommendations.
