1.The Clients

A leading Middle East Financial Institution, equipped with a Digital Banking system, operating with more than 50 branches in Oman.

2.The Challenge

AQM was the preferred digital partner, entrusted with the challenging task of improving the poor digital performance parameters, within an extremely limited timeframe.

It was mandatory to ensure that the banking application was able to sustain a load of 5000 concurrent users.

The task demanded fulfillment of SLAs for Page Response time, as well as Throughput and Hardware Resource utilization.

Adding to the challenges were the Timeout and Network errors that showed up in the initial test runs.

Critical areas that needed urgent attention included the poor performance rendered in initial test cycles with very high Page Response time, and constant increase in hardware.

Application scalability issues were also important factors on the to-do list.

… And all this in extremely crunched timelines!
