The client is among the top five largest private diversified Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFC) in India based on AUM.

2.The Challenge

AQM was entrusted with the task of improving the functioning of the Loan Lending System in its entirety.

The system was to be tested to ensure it was capable of sustaining a load of 5000 concurrent users.

It was paramount that the SLAs for Page Response Time, Throughput and Hardware Resource Utilizations were met.

The frequent changes in test environment and functional issues necessitated substantial time to be spent in reworking test scripts.

It was important to ensure that the entire gamut of process related scenarios – right from loan initiation to loan disbursement – were covered for improvement.

Time consuming stage wise Test Data creation caused by slow performance of an application and encryption in requests added to the challenges.

Deviations from the expected performance SLAs, as revealed by the initial findings, mandated quick Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
