2.The Challenge

There were multiple digital parameters that needed improvement and AQM was chosen to work their magic within a very stringent timeframe of just 30 days!

Among the challenges was the arduous task of ensuring that the application was capable of sustaining a load of a whopping 10 lac concurrent users.

The SLAs were to be met for Page Response Time, as well as Throughput and Hardware Resource utilization.

Poor performance rendered in the initial test cycles with very high Page Response Time, and constant increase in hardware only added to the challenges that needed attention in the limited time available.

Application scalability issues were also to be addressed.

The task additionally included monitoring and observation across the system for detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
